So the last 16 round kicks off at 14:00 GMT today, with Uruguay playing Asia side South Korea. And later at 18:30 GMT, USA will play Ghana hoping for revenge on the 2006 World Cup Finals in Germany.
Uruguay have striker Luis Suarez (Ajax), while S. Korea have midfielder Park Ji-Sung (Manchester United) as their key players for today’s match. Uruguay are hoping to reach the quarter finals for the first time and S. Korea are hoping to show their real faces by reaching the quarter finals. A win from either sides will set a date with the United States or African side Ghana.
USA boss Bob Bradley is hoping to take revenge on Ghana after the African side eliminated the Americans four years ago during the Group stages, sending the United States home early. United States hopes that striker Landon Donovan will continue to send his national side to the quarter finals.
